Our Story

Founded in 1984, IDILIQ spent its first years building extensively across the Costa del Sol and Tenerife in Spain, before growing into an international developer: expanding into the UK in 2000, Turkey in 2012, and the United States in 2014, ahead of its partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in 2021. Managing every stage of a project, from feasibility and construction through to sales and long-term resort operation, that full-circle, international approach is what sets IDILIQ apart, and what gives every Wyndham Grand Cap Cana residence the backing of a team that understands hospitality from the ground up.

That partnership has grown quickly: Wyndham Portocolom opened in April 2026, Wyndham Grand La Cala Golf Residences opens in October 2026, and Wyndham Grand Cap Cana is the next chapter in the Caribbean.
